Talking Distilling at Homebrew Con 2022 in Pittsburgh!

The first Homebrew Con in person since Covid hit was last week, June 23rd - 25th in Pittsburgh. It was great talking to homebrewers again, especially those interested in distilling!

I was in attendance representing BSG Handcraft, Grainfather, and Still Spirits at our booth during the expo. I really enjoyed giving a seminar on brewing with ancient grains. Next stop on that journey for me will be distillation with ancient grains, so stay tuned. There was a large amount of interest in home distilling, and luckily, we had arranged to talk to the crowds gathered on the expo floor around the distilling process.

I want to thank all who attended Homebrew Con in Pittsburgh this year, and especially those that made it to our "Diving into Distillation with Grainfather and Still Spirits" sponsored demo. It was great taking everyone through the process, from mashing grains all the way through to properly bottling your spirits.
